So Your Motivation Doesn’t Go Out The Door
Hello World & Happy Day My Friends
This morning when I woke up I looked at the bus and knew I had to get busy organizing things under my bed to make the things I use frequently more easily accessible … Yet my motivation for wanting to do it was gone gone gone 😥….
I actually felt like it’s what I do every day, constantly organizing the bus and although it’s not, I really didn’t want to tackle it cause it’s a pain in the ass getting under my bed 😮
Yet with my journey right around the corner I have got to get it done so I’m not constantly taking things out, putting them back, searching for stuff and feeling totally unorganized cause I can’t find something…😕
So I knew I had to switch my thinking 🤔 and mix up how I was going to tackle the job so it wasn’t something I dreaded 😵 because I ready do have to get it done.😥
My point in all this is…
There are certain things that we do every day that wind up feeling repetitive yet they are things that we must do…
So instead of looking at them negatively do them in a way that works for you!!!
We don’t wake up all motivated to do our daily tasks each day..
So switch up how you tackle them and then get them out of your way!!! 😋😋

The last few days I’ve been doing a lot of things in the bus.. Kinda like nesting…
Getting things situated where I want them, getting organized, building a new bench that turns into a bed and setting up routes, places and people I wanna see and basically just getting ready to get ready to hit the road 😯…
I’ve also been doing a lot of contemplating and being that my journey in the bus is only 3 months away, I got really sad about my son and my dog not being physically here with me 😢 ..
Of course I know they will always be with me, yet I’m also fully aware that I’ll have sad days too and that’s also ok 😢😢..
So I took a few days to process my thoughts and let my feelings out for a while… Then last night I released them and today I woke up with a smile…
So remember that when you’re up in your head.. that being alone is ok… process your thoughts then release them and wake up to a brand new day 💗🤗💗..

Why is it that when we want to take a break from something we tend to feel guilty for doing so? 🤔
We are programmed to Go Go Go and we wonder why we either break down or wind up getting the F### It’s.. 🙄😱🙄
Our bodies and mind aren’t made to go non stop if they were we wouldn’t need sleep… they both need to take breaks …
Breaks help us get our strength back and help to clear our mind so we don’t get all cluttered and burnt out 😁
So give yourself permission to take a break or two… It will help you get more focused and it’s actually good for you!!!😁.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned through the years is to always honor your feelings.. no matter what they are… You’re feelings are always valid!! They are your feelings and no one has the right to dispute them! 🙄
Today a friend gave me a beautiful compliment saying that she loves when someone asks me if I’m ok I say “No.. But I will be!” when I’m not and I don’t ever say “I’m fine!” cause there’s always something underlying with the word FINE..(I’ll tell you my definition of FINE in a sec haha🤔…
I’ve always been one on the up and up with however I’m feeling and ever since my son passed away, I’ve been even more of an advocate for everyone male and female to show their feelings and never ever hide them…. 🤗…
Have you ever noticed that if you’re not doing ok or when someone says that they are FINE that there is usually something going on… For me FINE totally means
F=Fuc*** Up, I=Insecure, N=Neurotic, E=Emotional…
And while it may not mean all of those at the time… There is always something going on when you say I’m FINE otherwise we say… I’m ok..I’m great etc..🤔🙄🤔
Always be aware of how your feeling and never ever allow anyone to discredit how you feel cause they are your feelings and each and every one of them is valid… 🤔🙄
It truly is a gift to wear your feelings on your sleeve…
Not everyone does it and everyone should…
Cause bottling up how you feel is harmful to your health and to your well-being…
Always know that it’s ok to show others how you feel… It shows that you are human.. It shows that you are REAL!!! 🤗💗🤗.

Have you ever noticed that during the winter season and the holidays we tend to get more burnt out then other times of the year? 🤔🤔…
We catch colds easier, we’re way more tired and stressed too.. is it because it’s cold out?? Is it because it’s Christmas and we’re rushing around like lunatics??
Or is it simply because we get so caught up in everything we want to get done before the end of the year that we forget to stop and take time out for ourselves? 🤔🤔🤔.
Almost everyone I know is either stressed because of Christmas, saying they don’t have enough time or money to get stuff done or they are sick as a dog with a cold or flu!!
Hmmmmm 🤔🤔🤔 there really isn’t any difference between this time of year and any other time of year yet we make ourselves crazy and wind up getting burnt out, physically ill or both!! 😥😖😷..
We truly are in control of our physical and emotional well being and our body does give us cues when we need to chill out and slow down…
The problem is..
We usually don’t listen until it’s too late…
We wind up exhausted or physically ill and then we can’t do anything… Which again makes everything worse!!! 🙁🙄🤔..
No holiday, job or person is worth your getting burnt out or sick…
Listen to your body…
Watch out for the cues…
Slow down a little bit and remember to take care of YOU!! 😊..
This morning while I was walking my dog, I heard the prettiest bird singing and it made me stop for a moment and just listen to all the sounds around me..🙄🙄..
The birds singing, the wind lightly blowing through the leaves in the trees… The little things…
And it made me think about all the little things we take for granted 🙄🤔..
Life is busy yes…
Yet we tend to get so wrapped up in it, especially this time of year, that we forget to stop and smell the roses so to speak… 🤔
We forget to notice all the little things that are so beautiful..
Like the sound of children playing…
A warm and gentle smile we get from a passing stranger..
The sound of the wind blowing through the trees…
The early morning birds singing…
The beauty that surrounds us every day that can truly make us smile…🐝🌹🐦..
Today if only for a minute…
Stop and smell the roses..
Maybe not literally, yet take that pause to just listen to the silence… Notice all the beauty that surrounds you.. Then take a big deep breath and smile… 🤗💗..
Believe me it will change how you handle the rest of your day!!!

Setting boundaries isn’t always easy especially when it comes to family and people you’ve known for a really long time…
It requires you to say NO NO NO without guilt filling your mind…🙄🤔🙄
I’ve always been a giver, it’s just who I am.. Yet learning to say no without feeling guilty was one of the hardest things for me to do… 😥😥😥.
NO truly is a complete sentence and yet for some reason we tend to want to explain our reasons for saying NO…
They say we don’t owe anyone an explanation when we say NO… Yet why does it feel so yucky or mean when we don’t give an explanation???
Setting boundaries and saying NO shows that you know your limits of what you will and will not do… and your boundaries will be different towards different people too..
So don’t get mad or judge when people say NO to you… Cause setting boundaries is healthy and important for your peace of mind too!!🤗🤗.
