Going Around A Roundabout

Slow Down & Pace Things Out

Hello World & Happy Day My Friends

Why is it that when Mondays come around we hit the gate running only to be all worn out by the end of the week???πŸ€”

This morning when I woke up my head was going so fast with all the things I want to get done this week that I felt like my head was driving around a roundabout 😡 Stuck in the inside lane when I needed to be on the outside lane 😲

So needless to say I had to step back, slow down and prioritize not only my today list, but my this week list too..πŸ˜•

So instead of running out the gate, learn to pace things out… This way your head won’t feel like you’re going around a roundabout πŸ™ƒπŸ˜πŸ™ƒ

Have a great move a little slower Monday my friends πŸ€—πŸ’—πŸ€—

Hello World, My name is Ricci pronounced like Ricky, yet it's been mispronounced all my life and at my age I answer to just about anything 😊 I am a writer, a writer of motivational light. A writer about everyday life. My story is one of hope, inspiration & motivation... One that begins over a half a century ago, when life was much different than it is today. We all have our own story, for each of us is unique. Some have had it easy, some have had it hard. Yet I believe that each one of our stories can bring a bit of light to others and I hope mine will bring light to some of you. My goal is to tell my story with hope that others can see that no matter what happens throughout your life... You CAN prevail, even when it feels like you can't. For I know it's possible for I have and am prevailing each and every day. You are NOT alone... Everything is possible when you believe. Everything is possible when you believe in YOU ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ https://www.gofundme.com/riccis-healing-journey

  1. Running in the morning? The thought of running in the morning is enough to make me stay in bed until noon. Oh… I already do that anyway.
I start slowly, and like to allow my mind to wake up before I do anything. This takes about three hours. I used to be at work at 7 am, and operated on automatic pilot until about 10 or 11 when I’d start waking up. I’m rarely fully awake until 10 pm, which was a trial for my mother when I was a child. Getting me to school was, she said, such an effort that she often needed to sit down for a strong cup of coffee by the time I was out the door. I don’t remember. I wasn’t awake yet.

      1. As an adult, I apologized to my parents and thanked them for not putting me out of their misery. Parents are amazing people, or the human race would never have survived.
