Give Yourself Permission

To Do Whatever You Want To Do

Hello World & Happy Day My Friends πŸ€—.

Yesterday when I woke up I had a list of things I wanted to do and had all intentions of posting my Hello World post… πŸ™„πŸ€”

Yet after I made my coffee I decided I didn’t feel like doing a damn thing and so I didn’t πŸ˜‰πŸ˜€

Around noon I started feeling a tad guilty for being totally lazy, knowing I had plenty of stuff I could be doing and that’s when it hit me!!😱

Why the hell should I feel guilty for wanting to sit on my ass and not do a thing?

Did I have any pressing things that really needed to get done that day?

NO…

Was my sitting on my ass preventing someone else from getting something done?

NO…

So why did I feel guilty for wanting to have a do nothing day? πŸ€”

It’s because we are programmed to go go go, do do do and not stop till we get stuff done!!!

SOOOOO NOT OKAY!!! 😠😠😠

Our bodies and our mind need relaxing and playtime too.. Don’t allow your head to make you feel guilty when you want to… Give yourself permission to relax or to play..Remember you are worth having a do whatever you want too day πŸ˜€

Have a fantabulous do whatever you want to day πŸ’—

Hello World, My name is Ricci pronounced like Ricky, yet it's been mispronounced all my life and at my age I answer to just about anything 😊 I am a writer, a writer of motivational light. A writer about everyday life. My story is one of hope, inspiration & motivation... One that begins over a half a century ago, when life was much different than it is today. We all have our own story, for each of us is unique. Some have had it easy, some have had it hard. Yet I believe that each one of our stories can bring a bit of light to others and I hope mine will bring light to some of you. My goal is to tell my story with hope that others can see that no matter what happens throughout your life... You CAN prevail, even when it feels like you can't. For I know it's possible, even after the loss of a child, which to me is the most devastating life event ever... I know for I have and am prevailing each and every day. It isn't easy and there are days where I feel I cannot go on yet always know that You are NOT alone... Everything is possible when you believe. Everything is possible when you believe in YOU ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀

  1. One of the biggest health mistakes that many people make is thinking that being an adult means all work and no play. While “all work and no play” makes jack, the jack isn’t worth anything if you can’t enjoy it. Well-balanced people schedule time for play not because it’s good for them, but because it’s a normal part of a healthy life. Recreation is just that: re-creation. Creating ourselves again. Resting our whole selves in silliness or a nice warm bath just because it feels good. It feels good because our bodies and minds are re-creating themselves, mending what’s worn, tending what’s aching, resting what’s tired, and stirring up what would otherwise become stagnant. Stagnant things stink.

      1. Yeppers.. a lot of my writing stems from situations that I’ve helped others with yet I don’t do third party talking or writing well so I just put myself there and keep names out to protect the innocent hahahaha it does help me too though πŸ˜‰
